Flightline Internet Crew Access

InitialBid – Distributes line-based bid packages online, sorts lines by preferences, electronically highlights and sorts pairings, collects bids, and processes and displays the final award.

PrefBid (coming soon) – Allows multiple crew member preferences and builds individual custom work schedules avoiding conflicts with carry-in, vacation, training and other known events; Features over 30 preference types and each preference can be combined with up to 10 criteria for powerful trip selection. A unique model-as-you-go bid sheet interface allows crew members to spot and correct costly bidding mistakes in advance of bid submission.

Reserve PrefBid – Auto-constructs reserve schedules to meet daily reserve requirements according to work rules and legalities and avoiding conflicts with carry-in, vacation, training, and other known events; Allows crew member input to reserve schedules through preferences such as specific days off, specific days on, work pattern, and maximum number of consecutive work days; May be used as a Reserve Line Generator to create optimal reserve schedules. 

OpenTime Live – Fully automates and processes crew member, open time requests for drops, adds, swaps, and trades (with another crew member) interacting live with Sabre CrewTrac^â; Displays updated schedules and available open time with pairing sort capability; Processes requests in real-time with optional crew scheduler intervention; Includes management of reserve buffers.

TradeBoard – Provides an electronic bulletin board for crew members to advertise trips and vacation trade requests; communicate requests online; and see responses from other crew members.

Reserve Assignment – Crew members may submit requests for pairings that are available when it is their turn for reserve duty; Assigns open pairings or specific reserve duty periods to crew members where they have reserve duty periods; Affected reserve periods will be removed in exchange for pairing(s) or specified reserve duty periods.

Vacation Bid –

• Automates Annual Vacation bid processing and final award. Accruals can be calculated.

• Allows instant processing of Vacation Open Time requests for drops, adds, swaps with available periods, or trades with another crew member; No management intervention required.

System Bid  – Collects crew member bids for upgrades and/or transfers by base, equipment, and position within the company. Processes awards using airline rules.

Training Bid – Collects crew member bids for preferred training dates and processes awards according to airline rules.

eDocs – Electronically distributes documents to user-directed groups and/or classes of crew members; Allows management tracking of mandatory items by individual receipt.

eMessages – Offers two-way messaging capability with secure plain text email via FLiCA. Messages can be sent between management and crew members, or crew member-to-crew member.

Additional Crew Member Services

Internet Service (ISP) – Dial-up Internet service with 20,000+ local US access numbers; No long-term commitments.

Alerts – Sends notification via cell phone or email when pairings matching crew member’s preferences appear in open time.

Wireless/Palm – Allows crew members to logon to www.FLiCA.net using a wireless Palm, Pocket PC, or BlackBerry device to view open time and submit drop, add, swap, and trade requests.  Exports crew member schedules, monthly bid packages, pairing details, and hotel information to a PDA device running Palm OS, or Pocket PC with StyleTap software.

Expense Report/Flight Log – Calculates the difference between the airline per diem and the IRS allowable tax deduction supported by an annual Flight Log of flying activity.
